Your pup's home away from home includes spacious, individual kennels with raised Kuranda beds. Boarding includes enrichment, and your dog should arrive before 11:30 am (Our lobby is closed 11:30 am - 1:30 pm). We prefer you drop off in the morning so your dog can enjoy the enrichment program and settle in.

Peak Season Pricing
During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a nightly Peak Season surcharge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major holidays and local school breaks. Please call for more information!
Our pet boarding services are available to our members whose dogs are part of our enrichment program. Your dog must attend weekly in order to stay with us.
We require all our furry boarding guests be up to date on key vaccinations for the health of all our furry friends and our staff.
Food Preparation
We require you to bag up food for your pooch by meal and label it, with your dog's name for an overnight stay (unless the stay is longer than one week). Don't label it by meal – e.g. breakfast, dinner – unless the food is different for meals. We would love for you to bag it, but if that’s not possible, we have to charge you $5/day for our employees to do it – as it is time consuming.
Medication
We can administer medication for your pet during their stay for an additional fee. We require all medication to be in the original medication container, with prescription information visible and any special treats you may use at home, like hot dogs, pill pockets or peanut butter. However, we are unable to administer injectable medications.

An $85 deposit is required for all boarding reservations. If you cancel your non-holiday boarding reservation less than 24 hours before your pet’s scheduled arrival time, we will withhold the cost of one night’s boarding from your deposit. If you cancel a holiday boarding reservation less than 2 weeks from your pet’s scheduled arrival time, you will forfeit your entire deposit.
Guidelines:
* The deposit can be paid online in the portal, or with any acceptable payment method in person.
* For holiday reservations, if you cancel your reservation by the deadline, we will refund your deposit or leave a credit on your account. After the deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.
